  • They are large enough to cook for small parties or just family meals.
  • The exhaust pipe is located at the right place. Most barrel smokers have the exhaust located at one end on the top making it difficult to have even heat in the smoker.
  • It is easy to turn and mop the meat during the cooking process.
  • Can cook different types of meats without worrying about a meat’s drippings contaminating another meat.
  • The large barrel can be used as a grill
